General assembly
The highest authority of Green Network is the annual general assembly, where all members are entitled to attend and speak their opinion on Green Network matters. The members of the board are elected at this assembly.
The board
Six company-members are elected as representatives on the board. In addition the mayors or committee chairmen of the public-members are members of the board. The Chairman is selected from the company-members on the board.
The Green Network Secretariat
Provides services for the members and coordinates the various groups within the network.
Project groups
Each project has a project group that is composed for the specific project. The participants consist of members of Green Network and members from the Green Network Secretariat.
Membership
Membership of Green Network is voluntary. All members are expected to have a mission to work with CSR. The fees for the different types of members are set at the annual general assembly.
